Insect DOA's
Despite every effort by us, sometimes mother nature reminds us who's boss.
Cold, heat, and transport company negligence, can all cause insects to pass during transit. As you can imagine, this is as frustrating for us as it is for you!
We will always replace DOA's free of change, all we ask is that you provide us photo proof both for our records and for the postage company.

Wondering where your order is?
Frozen Feeder orders are hand delivered by us weekly. You can find your delivery day on our Delivery Information page.
Insects are shipped every Monday and Tuesday. Your tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled.
