Insects Dead On Arrival (DOA)
The unfortunate reality is, insect suppliers can do everything right, just to have the package left in the cold or in the sun by Australia Post. Despite our best efforts, DOA's are possible due to both general carelessness by the postage companies, as well as freak weather.
If you ever have your insects arrive DOA, we will always replace them for free. Please just get in touch with us and we will arrange a replacement with no hassle. All we ask for is that you provide us with images for our own records.
Delivery Days
Insects - Shipped every Monday morning. Cutoff is 5:00pm Sunday to guarantee shipping that week. We will sometimes pack and ship Tuesdays also, but this is limited by time availability and may vary week to week. We will always try get 'late' orders out, but assume they will be sent the following week if after Sunday 5:00pm.
Unfortunately we have to only ship early in the week to ensure they have enough time in the post to reach you before the weekend. We all know what our postage system is like!
Frozen Feeder Weekly Delivery Runs
Sunshine Coast - Tuesdays
North Brisbane - Wednesdays
South Brisbane / Gold Coast / Tamborine / Ipswich - Thursdays
Maryborough / Hervey Bay - Last weekend of every month.
How Do You Deliver?
We hand deliver all our Frozen Feeder orders so we can personally ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. Please note Frozen Feeders are available to South-East Queensland Only.
All our Insect orders are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays via Express Australia Post.
Where Do You Deliver?
Currently we deliver Frozen Feeders to South-East Queensland. Delivery runs are weekly for the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.
Areas like Maryborough, Hervey Bay, and surrounds, are on the last weekend of each month.

We ship insects Australia Wide (Excluding WA/TAS)
How Much Is Delivery?
Delivery on Frozen Feeder orders is available at a flat rate of $29.95 for orders under $150, and just $5 for orders over $150.
All insects include free shipping
Do I Have To Be Home?
We recommend that you are home to receive your delivery, to ensure your frozen products stay frozen, and insects stay insecting! However we understand that this can't always be the case.
If you can't be home for your frozen feeder delivery, we simply ask that you notify us, and we will pack your order in a polystyrene esky with ice packs. This will keep your order frozen until you get home.
We will always send an email/text message the day prior to frozen feeder deliveries to inform you of a time window, as well as an ETA text when we're on our way to you.
Insect orders - We ask Australia Post to keep them out of the sun and at room temperature. Hopefully your local delivery driver will do exactly that and pop them in the shade! Should you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.
