Shipping Policy

At ReptiFauna, we take the delivery of your frozen and live feeders seriously. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition — fresh, secure, and on time.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • We ship Live Dubia orders on Monday-Tuesday each week, to avoid weekend delays and ensure optimal transit conditions.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
  • Frozen Feeder orders are hand delivered by us to ensure they arrive frozen and in perfect condition. Once you've placed your order, we will be in touch with the date of our next delivery run to your area (we go everywhere in SEQ at least once per fortnight, if not more frequently).

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship our Dubia via Australia Post Express. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Live Insects (e.g., Dubia roaches): Packed with ventilation and cushioning to keep them safe and healthy in transit.

📍 Shipping Areas

We currently ship our insects to most regions across Australia other then NT and TAS (due to state biosecurity laws). If you live in a remote or regional area, shipping times may be slightly longer. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our Frozen Products are available with delivery across South-East Queensland only.

⚠️ Shipping Disclaimer

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
  • ReptiFauna is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
  • If your order is delayed or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or below standard, we’ll make it right. We offer resends or a suitable resolution for any quality issues — just get in touch with our support team.
