For Dubia Roach Orders: We ship Dubia Roaches to all states other then WA and TAS due to quarantine restrictions.

For Frozen Feeder Orders: Currently we primarily deliver to South-East Queensland. Delivery runs are every 7-14 days for the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and surrounding areas.

Areas like Maryborough, Hervey Bay, and surrounds, are less frequent at this stage. This is due to less clientele in these areas, meaning it takes longer for us to collate enough orders for a full delivery run.

If you are unsure how frequently we deliver to your area, feel free to Contact Us and we can give you an estimate on delivery times. 

For Dubia Roach Orders: Please note that we only ship on Monday's (or Tuesday's if Monday is a Public Holiday). For same week shipping make sure to place your order before 7:00am Monday AEST.

To track your order head to our Tracking page, simply put in your order number and email, or your tracking number, and you'll be able to instantly track your orders progress.

For Frozen Feeder Orders: All frozen feeder orders are hand delivered by us! Once you place your order, you'll be notified of the delivery day within 1-2 business days. For more information, please visit our Delivery Information page.

For Frozen Orders: We recommend that you are home to receive your delivery, to ensure your products stay frozen.

However we understand that this can't always be the case. If you can't be home, we simply ask that you notify us, and leave out a small esky or cooler bag for us to put your order in. Or if you don't have one, we can provide one! If we provide you with an esky however, please keep ahold of it to use for next time.

We will always send a email/text message a few days prior to delivery to inform you of a date and time window, as well as an ETA text when we're on our way to you. 

For Dubia Roach Orders: If you're not home, your Dubia Roaches will be left in a safe place, out of the sun.

You can make any changes to your subscription by logging into your account and clicking Manage Subscription on the account page.

Within Manage Subscription you can pause/cancel your subscription, add or replace items, pull forward a shipment, and much more!

Absolutely! We supply to private owners, breeders, and zoos, and offer bulk pricing so you save in the long run. As well as subscription options for regular deliveries.

When stored properly in a freezer at -18°C or below, our frozen feeders can last up to 12 months. We recommend using them within 6 months however as a precaution. This is a guideline only and can vary.

Currently we don't produce crickets or woodies. We're focusing on making Dubia Roaches widely available to the Australian reptile hobby. Maybe some day in the future we will consider branching out.

Yes! Pickup is available on all orders from Beerwah, QLD. Due to security and biosecurity reasons, our farm isn't open to the public. However, if you get in contact with us once you've placed an order for pickup, we can arrange a time at our local meet-up point.
