Storing Frozen Feeders:
All frozen feeders must be kept at or below -18°C, and stored in an airtight container/bag. It's recommended that you use your frozen feeders within 6 months of purchase.
Feeding Frozen Feeders:
Thaw the feeder by soaking it in warm water until it is completely defrosted, and has reached approximately 35°C, before feeding. You may need to change the water once or twice if it cools down. DO NOT MICROWAVE FROZEN FEEDERS as this can cause them to become far too hot internally, which could be potentially harmful to your pet.
Refreezing Frozen Feeders:
We do not recommend refreezing feeders once thawed.
