Orders placed before 5:00pm Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed before 5:00pm Monday will be shipped Tuesday.

Any orders placed after 5:00pm Monday will be shipped the following week.

Insect order deadline for guaranteed delivery is 5:00pm Sunday

We ship out insects on Mondays and Tuesdays via express shipping, to ensure they arrive to you as fast as possible.

We always ship 10% more then you order! This accounts for any minor DOA's and counting discrepancies.

As this is Australia, heat waves and other severe weather events are always possible. If there is a major weather event, we may suspend shipping temporarily but will always notify you if this is the case.

We ship out all our insect orders from South-East Queensland each week.

Our order deadline for same week shipping is 5:00pm Monday.

For any live insect orders placed with frozen feeders, we will hand deliver your insects with your frozen products, on your areas designated delivery day. These can be found on our Delivery Information page.

Every order of insects packed at Reptifauna includes extra.

This accounts for any weight discrepancies or minor DOA's. They are insects after all, they can be delicate. Though please never hesitate to contact us if you have any major death counts on arrival and we will make it right!

Where do you deliver?

For Insect Orders: We ship insects to all across QLD, NSW, VIC & SA

For Frozen Feeder Orders: Currently we primarily deliver to South-East Queensland. Delivery runs are every week for the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and surrounding areas.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

For Frozen Orders: We recommend that you are home to receive your delivery, to ensure your products stay frozen.

However we understand that this can't always be the case. If you can't be home, we simply ask that you notify us, and leave out a small esky or cooler bag for us to put your order in. Or if you don't have one, we can provide one!

We will always send a text message the evening prior to delivery, to inform you of a time window, as well as an ETA text when we're on our way to you. 

For Insect Orders: If you're not home, your insects will be left in a safe place, out of the sun.

How fast is shipping?

Our frozen feeders are hand delivered in 5 business days or less! We travel all over SEQ every week. For more details, visit our Delivery Information page.

Our Live Insects are sent via express post every Monday & Tuesday. Usually this takes between 1-3 business days depending on your location. Rural orders may take slightly longer.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! If you're local to our farm in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast, we can arrange pickup.

Due to security and biosecurity reasons, our farm isn't open to the public.

However, if you place an order for pickup, we will be in touch within 24-48 hours to arrange a time for collection from the front of our property.
