All our insect orders get sent by Express Shipping! This ensures that your insects are delivered to you ASAP.
All insect orders are packed Monday and Tuesday's, and shipped out immediately.
We will always try to get late orders out the same week, but to guarantee your order is shipped that week, the deadline is 5:00pm Sunday.
Any orders placed after 5:00pm Sunday may be shipped the following week.
Sizing Information
Using screens to grade insects by size is the most common method across the industry, and the one we use here at Reptifauna.
Getting a perfectly consistent size with insects is near impossible, so instead we have to use a size 'range'. Sort of like we have weight ranges for frozen feeders.
We always aim to get the most consistent sizing possible! Though there will always be some slight variation. Please take note of the variance in the photos.
Extra Sent With Every Order
Every order of insects packed at Reptifauna includes extra. This is because our counts are done by weight and we always want to make sure we over deliver rather then under.
This also accounts for any minor DOA's. They are insects after all, they can be delicate. Though please never hesitate to contact us if you have any major death counts on arrival and we will make it right!
