For Frozen Orders: We recommend that you are home to receive your delivery, to ensure your products stay frozen.
However we understand that this can't always be the case. If you can't be home, we simply ask that you notify us, and leave out a small esky or cooler bag for us to put your order in. Or if you don't have one, we can provide one!
We will always send a text message the evening prior to delivery, to inform you of a time window, as well as an ETA text when we're on our way to you.
For Insect Orders: If you're not home, your insects will be left in a safe place, out of the sun.
