Storage Details

All our frozen products must be stored at or below -18°C

It's commonly known that frozen Rabbits can last 6 months in a standard freezer, or 12 months in a deep freezer. However, this is a guideline only and can vary.

Once opened make sure to reseal the bag or store in an airtight container.

Delivery Details

**Please note we currently only deliver to South-East Queensland. Any orders placed from a location outside of this area will be refunded.**

  • Delivery is available throughout South East Queensland at a flat rate of $30 for orders under $150, and just $5 for orders over $150.
  • We hand deliver all orders! Because of this, we have set delivery runs to each area. We visit everywhere in South-East Queensland every week. If you select delivery at check out, we will contact you the day before delivery to confirm and advise our eta.
  • If no one will be home for your delivery, please notify us prior so we can leave an esky and ice packs to ensure your order stays frozen.

Dubia Roaches online purchase

Absolutely awesome service from Reptifauna. This delivery arrived quicker than the last but still 4 days via express post.The dubia roaches are actually quite cute while they’re small and I have gotten over my insect fear with a beardie to feed.
The roaches are packed well in egg carton-shaped hidey holes and securely sealed in a calico bag. The box (labelled “Live Insects”) is packed with butchers paper and both times the roaches have arrived with very minimal losses.
Thank you Reptifauna for responding to my emails and giving me peace of mind about the travelling aspect of these critters. My beardie loves them and I’m giving up crickets (except in emergencies as these are easier to get locally) as the roaches don’t easily escape, don’t smell and are not hard to look after.
They don’t smell and their “dirts” are tiny so they’re easy to keep their enclosure clean.
