Like you, we love animals, and we're privileged to have the opportunity to supply feeders we know someone has truly taken care in raising. Health and welfare checks occur daily on all rodents to ensure they are happy and healthy.

We also have strict cleaning and housing practices to ensure all rodents live in a clean and enriched environment for the highest quality of life.

All rodents are humanly euthanised with food grade carbon dioxide, CO2, to ensure they don't experience any discomfort or stress.

All our frozen products must be stored at or below -18°C

It's commonly known that frozen rodents can last 6 months in a standard freezer, or 12 months in a deep freezer. However, this is a guideline only and can vary. It's also worth noting that feeders without hair (such as pinkies), can develop freezer burn after a few months. This doesn't effect the quality of the feeder but can be minimised by storing them in a small polystyrene box, inside your freezer.

Once opened make sure to reseal the bag or store in an airtight container.

**Please note we currently only deliver to South-East Queensland. Any orders placed from a location outside of this area will be refunded.**

• Delivery order minimum is $150 with a $5 delivery fee.
• We hand deliver all orders! Because of this, we have set delivery runs to each area. We visit everywhere in South-East Queensland once every 1-2 weeks. If you select delivery at check out, we will contact you within 1-2 days to confirm our next upcoming delivery date to your area.
• If no one will be home for your delivery, please notify us prior so we can leave an esky and ice packs to ensure your order stays frozen. *Please note if no one is home for your delivery we will take all possible steps to ensure your order stays frozen, however do not cover losses if it is left out long enough to defrost.
